• Minimum of 5 participating in Party Package

• Please work with our staff to assist with supervision requirements – (1 adult supervisor per 5 children may be required and discussed in relation to attending guest’s age/s)

Art Activity options to consider – our staff will assist with establishing an age-appropriate activity to entertain, excite and engage guests, examples outlined below:

• Canvas Creation – step by step instructions on how to paint a canvas to suit the child’s age and interests.
• Tie-Dye – guest will complete a take-home project (eg. Pillow Case)
• Bath Bomb – create a scented, indulgent bomb 
• Succulent Pot – decorate and plant 
• Construction – build and decorate

• Indoor, air-conditioned facility, with access to our Discovery Space, tables, and chairs

Optional extras

Catering – from $10 per person

• Includes fruit, sweet and savory treats, and a drink – individually boxed to meet COVID requirements, 
• Dietary requirements – can be catered for
• Napkins supplied 
• Self-catering option available and must follow COVID requirements (host to supply plates, napkins etc)

Birthday Cake

Party Bags – $7 per person.

• Includes small STEAM-based novelty items and a small sweet treat.

Decorations – from $30 per party

• Includes balloons and other room displays/party decorations.

Outback Exploratorium members receive a $10.00 gift voucher for the birthday child to spend at OXp Nest.

• All birthday parties must be booked a minimum of 14 days in advance with a 50% booking fee.
• We understand that unexpected occurrences can arise due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. Please call our friendly staff if this occurs and we will do our best to find a satisfactory substitute date for your party. Please note that party date options depend on availability.
• Cancelled reservations are fully refundable up to 14 days prior to the date. Reservations cancelled fewer than 14 days of party date are eligible for a refund of 50% of the booking fee. A reservation cancelled within 7 days is not eligible for a refund. Guests can reschedule birthday parties at no additional fee.
• Final payment made 48 hours before the party.
• Catering needs to be confirmed and paid for 7 days in advance.
• Birthday parties are required to follow QLD Government Health guidelines and restrictions.
• Children must be signed in by a parent with our QR Code check-in on arrival.
