Find the fuel to ignite your spark in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) this September!
STEM skills and understanding are vital to the success and empowerment of our future workforce. The world is ever changing and what we know now may not translate into the future as we continue to evolve and learn from new discoveries.
Start developing your STEM skills and understanding in this three-week short program that has a balance of theory and practical, hands-on activities.
A 3-week program:
Day 1: September 01 (Thursday)
Day 2: September 08 (Thursday)
Day 3: September 14 (Wednesday)
3:30 to 4:30 pm

Day 1
- PHYSICS
- Introduction to Newton’s Laws of Motion
- Touch on centripetal and centrifugal force
Day 2
- ENGINEERING AND MATHEMATICS
- Introduction to the concept of engineering
- Understanding mechanics and electricity through the creation of a DC motor powered car
- Reading, writing, and basic maths skills required
Day 3
- TECHNOLOGY
- Coding taster, introduction to coding language
- Drag-and-drop, block, touch on Python
- Laptop and tablet usage capability required
