Petrina has been experimenting with fermented vegetables for 10 years. Aside from learning the ancient method of lacto-fermentation during this hands on class, there is conversations around the health benefits that come with consuming fermented food, along with a splash of mindfulness and soul-fuelling connections – you will finish this workshop feeling inspired. You’ll also take home your fresh seasonal bounty from the session to share & enjoy.
You will make Kimchi, Labna, and Lacto – Fermented cucumbers.
