Brief description:

Bicarb soda is a pantry staple but did you know that this versatile ingredient can do more than just sit in your cupboard? From making volcanos erupt in your backyard to creating all sorts of mouth-watering treats, bicarb soda offers so many possibilities – let’s investigate the other scientific wonders it’s capable of!

Activities include:

1. Pop Rockets

• Harnessing the energy of a chemical reaction to power a mini rocket.

2. Magic Slush

• Creating a liquid that turns into a slushy hot ice right before your eyes!

3. Teleporting Jellyfish

• Turning superglue droplets into teleporting jellyfish.

If this event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund participants in full. If you are unable to attend, we require 24 hours’ notice to issue or reallocate your ticket(s) into another workshop.
