Petrina has been experimenting with fermented vegetables for 10 years. Aside from learning the ancient method of lacto-fermentation during this hands on class, there is conversations around the health benefits that come with consuming fermented food, along with a splash of mindfulness and soul-fuelling connections – you will finish this workshop feeling inspired. You’ll also take home your fresh seasonal bounty from the session to share & enjoy.
You will make 3 different flavoured Sauerkrauts dependent on seasonal produce.
Please BYO a Sharp Knife – All produce and other utensils are provided.
Light refreshments, Tea & Coffee are provided.

Participants must be over the age of 12. Large Food Grade gloves are provided. Please BYO if you have any special requirements in relation to gloves.
Massaging cabbage can be somewhat aerobic so feel free to bring some water to keep your hydration up.
If this event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund participants in full. If you are unable to attend, we require 24 hours’ notice to issue or reallocate your ticket(s) into another workshop.
