BYO sewing machine

We will begin with standard sewing safety, learn the basic components of your machine,  then move onto some basic stitching practice – starting, straight lines, stopping, corners etc.

Then you will cut out your fabric patterns and put your new skills to use by sewing the fabric together to make your very own cushion cover!

We just ask that your sewing machine have a new needle and be pre-threaded and ready to use.

(If you require help with this please arrive 15 minutes early and we will be happy to assist)

All practice sheets, patterns, fabric, scissors, pins etc will be supplied.

This workshop is ideal for anyone with little to no sewing experience to get you started on your sewing journey!
